Readiness checklist
Three tests, twelve boxes. Tick them honestly — only you can see this, and nobody hands out a prize for a full set. Its single use is showing you what is still missing.
Group one · operate without notes
Group two · read your own fills
Group three · explain a loss

Tick all twelve before you start thinking about size.
Ticks are stored in your own browser (clearing site data removes them) and are never uploaded anywhere.
Where these twelve come from and what to do about the gaps
What problem it solves
"How long should I practise" has no fixed answer and measuring in days is unreliable. These twelve turn it into specific actions you can verify on the spot, which also stops you judging yourself by your demo return — a figure mostly determined by that fortnight's market.
What each group tests
Group one is operational fluency, which is what a demo environment is best at fixing. Group two is whether you can read your own account; if you cannot, you cannot diagnose yourself. Group three is review ability, and it is the hardest, because it requires stating a cause you could actually change.
If group three will not tick
That is the usual sticking point. The symptom is being able to say what happened but not which decision produced it — the first describes the market, the second describes you. The drill is to write every loss cause as an action for next time; any cause you cannot convert into an action has not reached the real problem.
Does a full set mean I will make money
No. All twelve test capability, not profit. Demo can show you can operate; it cannot show your judgement — in between sit position sizing, fees, fill prices and nerves.
Where the data goes
Your ticks are saved in this browser on this device only. New device, cleared data or a private window will all show an empty list, which is expected. The page does not go online and sends nothing.
How often to come back
Every five to eight practice trades rather than daily. Checking too often turns your attention from practising into auditing yourself.
