The three most welcome kinds of message
- Pointing out an error. Which page, which sentence, and what you actually saw. A screenshot or a link to the official page helps. Confirmed errors get fixed and logged in corrections.
- Telling us a passage was unclear. This is the most valuable feedback we get — what a writer assumes you know is usually exactly what you do not.
- Suggesting a topic. Anything within what this site covers (opening an account, demo practice, knowing when you are ready, the first real trade) will be considered.
What we cannot help with
| What you want to ask | The situation |
|---|---|
| Something is wrong with my account | We are not an exchange. We cannot see or touch any account — contact support through the platform's own channels. |
| What should I buy, and when | This site does not pick coins or forecast prices, so these go unanswered. |
| Can you trade for me | No. Anyone claiming to trade on your behalf in our name is not us. |
| Partnerships, guest posts, link exchanges | We do not accept submissions or trade links. |
A safety note
We will never ask you for account details, passwords, verification codes, recovery phrases, private keys or funds, and we never message you first. Any message claiming to be from us and asking for those things is not — ignore it.
Replies
We read everything and reply when we can, without promising a timeframe. Messages pointing out specific errors go first, because those affect other readers.
How your message and personal information are handled is set out in privacy: used only to reply and to correct content, and nothing else.
